Audio and device data

Test tones and noise are generated in your browser. We do not record microphone input for these tests, and we do not upload your audio. Output-device names are not collected in analytics.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-KH9D0WH41X) to understand aggregate traffic and basic engagement. Google may set cookies and process IP-derived data according to its policies. Custom events such as “quick test started” or “contact submitted” may be sent without device labels or exact frequencies. The site works if analytics are blocked.

Optional privacy-friendly analytics (for example Plausible) may also be enabled via configuration; those do not use advertising cookies.

Contact form

Messages submitted through the contact form are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify Forms) so we can respond. Do not send sensitive credentials.

Cookies and consent

Essential hosting/security cookies may be set by the platform. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar storage for measurement. If your region requires consent for this type of analytics, configure consent mode or a consent banner before relying on the data for advertising purposes.
